Artist: Powers Tanis
Dimensions: 5" x 7"
Medium: Mixed media on paper, made from leftover paint palettes
Framing: Framed and matted in acrylic
Inspiration: After an afternoon spent creating, I'm often left with gorgeous thin sheets of paint on my palette. Instead of throwing them away, they make beautiful textured pieces! This piece grows softly out of the paper - like waking up slowly from a Sunday afternoon nap.
